An Asian businessman has been convicted of murdering his brother after a bitter feud over their multi million pound business. Mohammed Azam Siddique ordered a Bulgarian hitman to carry out the killing at a flat in Glenrothes. The hitman and another accomplice were also found guilty after a long running trial. In other news; Judges have given a green light for work to start on the long awaited Aberdeen city bypass. They rejected a legal challenge by campaigners attempting to prevent the construction of the twenty eight mile Western Peripheral Route. But protestors may now take their case to the Supreme Court in London.
